CANCELLATION POLICY

•Non-refundable deposit is required to book! (All cancellations will lose deposit and will need a new deposit to book) •There is a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee on your total on the booked service for any cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hrs of scheduled appointment. •There is a 100% fee of service value for any no shows/calls,cancellations after 48 hour grace period. •(Late policy)10 min grace period, there will be a $10 charge for late arrivals. After 10 min your appointment will be cancelled and will be charged 100% of services value. -Lashes* please come with clean lashes, no máscara, no eyeliner, makeup etc. Please do not curl them before coming in! You will get turned away and will get charged 100% of service. No contact lenses❗️
