CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking, Cancellation, and Preparation Policy Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-transferable, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. * Clients who fail to attend their appointment, do not provide notice, or cancel outside of the 48-hour window will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Late Policy * A 10-minute grace period is provided. * Arrivals beyond this grace period will incur a $20 late fee. * If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and 100% of the service cost will be charged. Lash Appointment Preparation * Clients must arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, eyeliner, or any makeup. * Lashes must not be curled prior to the appointment. * Contact lenses are not permitted during the service. * Failure to follow these guidelines may result in refusal of service and a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
